CVM Legal Consulting is a law firm established in Haarlem and subject to the supervision of the Dean of the North Holland Bar Association. 

CvM Legal Consulting does not have a third party bank account foundation (stichting derdengelden) and therefore cannot receive third party funds. It’s general terms and conditions, as well as complaints procedure (klachtenregeling), are available here and here.

CvM Legal Consulting has professional liability insurance with global coverage (subject to CvM Legal Consulting’s general terms and conditions) up to EUR 2,500,000 per claim and EUR 5,000,000 per insurance year (subject to a deductible of euro 2,500 per claim).

Christiaan has registered as “general legal practice” in the register of legal fields of the Netherlands Bar, which obliges him to obtain ten training credits per year in this field.
